Lakshmipathy Balaji engaged!

Cricketer Lakshmipathy Balaji and city model Priya Thalur have decided to make their relationship official. The two got engaged in a hushhush ceremony, held recently at the model's home in Chennai.

A source says, "They have been going out for quite some time now and decided that this was the right time to take it to the next level. Only their family members and a few very close friends attended the engagement, which took place a couple of days ago."

We hear that the wedding will be a grand one and take place on September 16 in the city. "Balaji's cricket colleagues will be invited to the wedding for sure," adds the source. (Getty Images)
